This hotel's location is perfect as it is situated close to the MRT station, making travel around the city easy. the buffet breakfast has a wide selection of delicious international and Chinese dishes. the gym and pool facilities are well, maintained and offer great value for the price.
There were some guests who disregarded the non, smoking signs and smoked in inappropriate places, which made the experience less enjoyable for non, smokers.

Had a lovely weekend away with amazing facilities offered, the location was prefect being next to the metro station and only a short subway ride to the main railway station. the breakfast was delicious and had a good selection, catering for both international and Chinese cuisine.
The behaviour of some guests was unenjoyable, with smoking occurring in non-smoking areas and even the rooms. It has now been 4 days, and the deposit has not been refunded yet.

The best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the great sports facilities including a clean and new pool, and a large gym. The hotel also offered a very friendly price for a five-star hotel. Additionally, the location was fantastic as it was just in front of the metro station and only 15 minutes away from the Nanchang West railway station by subway. Another highlight was the friendly and English-speaking staff. Furthermore, I enjoyed the good breakfast and buffet dinner which offered a wide selection of international and Chinese options, including reasonably good French wine. Lastly, the view from the room was breathtaking.
Everything was spot on.

Breakfast and dinner options were diverse and delicious. The location was spot on and easy to get around. The staff was friendly, easy to communicate with, and attentive to our needs. The pool and gym were clean and well-maintained, providing a great workout.
Some guests broke the non-smoking policy and that was a bit unpleasant. We left the hotel four days ago and it still hasn't been refunded yet.

From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service, fulfilling our exclusive needs with impressive attention to detail. the indoor swimming pool and the sun terrace were amazing and offered stunning views of the city. the garden area was a perfect place to relax and unwind at any time of the day.
this can be somewhat annoying when staying at a luxurious venue like this.
